NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 14th April, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2955, in Volume D1, Folio 234/2328, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Irine Jelagat, of P.O. Box 1110-30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Irine Jerugut Jelagat Tum, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Irine Jerugut Jelagat Tum, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Irine Jelagat, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Irine Jelagat only.
