NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd February, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 285, in Volume B-13, Folio 2203/18545, File No. 1637, by our client, Susan Akinyi (guardian), on behalf of Blessing Tamara (minor), formerly known as Blesssing Awuor, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Blessing Awuor, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Blessing Tamara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Blessing Tamara only.
