REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eleena Developers Limited, of P.O. Box 1555, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold of that piece of land containing 1.300 metres squared, known as Plot No. 14791–Malindi, situate in the Malindi Township in Malindi District, registered as Portion No. M6/6, LT 48 Folio 229 File 14791, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period.
