REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Erastus Njuguna Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.25 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Ngenda/Kahuguini/T. 148, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in succession cause No. 11 of 2019, has issued grant and letters of administration to Susan Wairimu Mwangi (ID/10772989), of P.O. Box 528–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Erastus Njuguna Kamau (deceased) has been reported as missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L.7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Erastus Njuguna Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
