IT IS notified for the general information of the public that pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Trans Nzoia County
Water and Sewerage Company Limited, the County Executive
Committee Member for Water, Environment, Natural Resources and
Climate Change appoints the following persons—
Okumu Aryan Wekesa (Dr.), Paul Sitati Wanyama, Phillip Ndiema Makas, Sarah Emmily Musundi, to serve as directors of the Trans Nzoia County Water Company
Limited (TRANSWASCO), with effect from the 3rd August, 2022, for a period of three (3) years.
