APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given that a creditors meeting of Snack Rack Limited was duly convened on the 22nd July, 2022 and the following resolution was duly passed: “That the company be Wound-up voluntarily as a Creditors’ voluntary liquidation; and that the official receiver be and is appointed for the purpose of the winding-up”. Creditors of the company are required to send full particulars of their claims on or before the 26th August, 2022, to the undersigned, the liquidator of the company, personally or by their proxies, and to come in and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit or any distribution made before such debts are proved. The Liquidator acts on behalf of the company without any liability. The Official Receiver in Insolvency, 316, Upper Hill Chambers, 17th Floor, 2nd Ngong Avenue, P.O. Box 30404–00100, Nairobi.
