NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle reg. No. KBJ 595R and trailer ZD 2534, to take delivery of the same from the garage of Truckbreakers and Spares Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of storage and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle and trailer will be sold by either by public auction or private treaty without any further notice.
