NOTICE is issued pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) Laws of Kenya, to Lenengwesi Joloimat, the registered and beneficial owner of motor vehicle reg. KBY 363E, Toyota Chassis No. UZJ200-4013983, to collect and take delivery of the said motor vehicle lying at Yom Motor Boutique Limited, storage yard, on Mombasa Road, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and upon payment of all repair charges of KSh. 1,264,500 as well as storage charges of KSh. 70,000, handling, advertisement, auctioneering charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid motor vehicle by public auction without any further reference to you and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding handling storage and any other accrued charges.
