REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chepkwony arap Sielei (deceased), of P.O. Box 2966– 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, known as Moiben/Lolkinyei Block 2 (Kimokoch)/26, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. 13 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation in favour of (1) Ezekiel Kiprob Nabei and (2) Josphat Nabei, both of P.O. Box 2966–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39, and subdivision to be done for transmission and issue land title to beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chepkwony arap Sielei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
