THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muuti Ngumba Muuti (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.83 hectares or thereabout, known as Kiine/Rukanga/1414, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kerugoya in succession Cause No. 6 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Wakiunyu Muti Ngumba (ID/4948413), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land 6764 6764 title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Wakiunyu Muti Ngumba (ID/4948413), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muuti Ngumba Muuti (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
