REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elias Wanjohi Kanoga alias Kanoga Wanjohi alias Kanoga s/o Wanjohi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 7.1 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Githi/Muthambi/14, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Mukurweini in succession cause No. E044 of 2021, has ordered that the said piece of land be transfared to Virginia Njoki Wanjohi, as an administrator and the beneficiary, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Virginia Njoki Wanjohi, as an administrator and the beneficiary, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elias Wanjohi Kanoga alias Kanoga Wanjohi alias Kanoga s/o Wanjohi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
