REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaac Miano Ngari (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.4330 hactare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Karatina/Town Block II/17, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 108 of 2016, has ordered that the said piece of land be transfared to Elias Wamai Marui, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Simon Maina Ngunu and (2) Gladwell Wanjiru Kanuri, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Elias Wamai Marui, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Simon Maina Ngunu and (2) Gladwell Wanjiru Kanuri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Isaac Miano Ngari (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
