COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 50 of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the County Assembly of Kilifi approved the above plan on the 9th March, 2022. The development plan relates to land within Kilifi County. Copies of the plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development County Lands Headquarters or on www.kilificounty.go.ke. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development County Lands Headquarters. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may send such representations or objection in writing to be received by the of County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 519–80102, Kilifi in Kenya, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds upon which they are made.
