NOTICE is given under provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Messrs. Geff Refrigeration Limited, owners of the following cold room materials, to take delivery of the said materials from the premises of North Coast Beach Hotel Kikambala, Kilifi-Malindi Highway, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of full accumulated storage charges, failure to which the said goods will be disposed off either by public auction, tender or private treaty without further reference to the owner and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without further notice.
