NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle (not registered) Chassis No. KMJWA37RMEU677666, (Hyundai) that has been lying uncollected at Mitchell Cotts Warehouse, upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding storage charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which the said motor will be disposed by public auction, private treaty or otherwise without any further notice and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to them.
