NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th July, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 981, in Volume B-13, Folio 2214/78658, File No. 1637, by our client, Brayo Berry Nyaywera, of P.O. Box 2459–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Brian Berry Owuor, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Brian Berry Owuor, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Brayo Berry Nyaywera, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Brayo Berry Nyaywera only.
