REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maweni Estates Limited (Company No. 5214), of P.O. Box 80483-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 21.0 acres or thereabout, known as Subdivision 1534/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 1875, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register of the said piece of land is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the register of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file provided that no objection has been received within that period, as provided under section 33(3) of the Land Registration Act No. 3 of 2012.
