GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10475

WHEREAS Sipoi Lesiyio Kapiro (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 18.1 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kitengela/4757, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession Cause No. 83 of 2011, has issued grant in favour of (1) Moriaso Sipoi Kapiro (1D/11587616) and (2) Kerito ole Lesio Kapiro (11)/0793013), to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the said administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Sipoi Lesiyio Kapiro (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
