THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Kamau Ngotho (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Marenje/13, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court at Kwale in succession Cause No. E4 of 2021, has appointed (1) Samuel Mwathi Kamau and (2) Stanley Njuguna Kamau as administrators, and whereas sufficient eveidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Kamau Ngotho (deceased) has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Kamau Ngotho (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
