TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2022 By (1) Lydia Mulinga Shalo and (2) Timothy Luvonga Shalo, both of P.O. Box 220, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Lucheli Shalo, late of Kabras, who died on 9th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Nelson Mukana Meso, (2) Patrick Philip Moyi Meso and (3) Benson Daniel Omutanyi Meso, all of P.O. Box 25, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mero Onyango, late of Shibembe, who died on 19th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
