TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2021 By (1) Naisanoi Kishoyian Mosiany, (2) Kamishina Kishoyian and (3) Paul Leyieyio Kishoyian, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kishoyian ole Mosiany Letela, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2022 By (1) Philip Parsakei ole Kimiti, (2) Timothy Tinkoya ole Kimiti, (3) Shadrack Mengoru ole Kimiti and (4) Kevin Sankale Kimiti, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kimiti ole Nanyamal, who died at Loitokitok Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd June, 1997. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2022 By Serah Nashipai Morijoy, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Munka Marijoy alias Julius Munga Marijoy, who died at Kajiado, on 11th March, 1993. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2022 By (1) Ipite ene Koisani Kurrarru and (2) Emmanuel Sane Koisani, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koisani ole Parao, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 25th December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
