TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2022 By Govi Claudio, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for resealing of grant issued in another country to the estate of Masetti Giana alias Giana in Govi Masetti, who died at Sanremo, on 16th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
