TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E620 OF 2021 By Maurice Osome Niga, of P.O. Box 3436, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Niga Osome, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on 10th May, 1980. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2022 By Daniel Odhiambo Bonyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Bonyo Ongiri, who died on 15th November, 2006. CAUSE NO. E373 OF 2022 By Margaret Adhiambo Loo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Loo Midigo, who died at Kadero Sub-location, on 2nd August, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
