TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E386 OF 2022 By Michael Okelo Seda, of P.O. Box 7373, Korando in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miyomo Olang’ alias Miyomo Olang, who died at Korando B Sub-location, on 24th November, 1985. CAUSE NO. E494 OF 2022 By Huxley Chris Amadi, of P.O. Box 3715, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Muga Riaga, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 1st November, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
