Box 2107, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndege Theuri, who died at Barnabas, on 20th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E566 OF 2022 By (1) Christine Waceke Thuku and (2) Richard Mathenge Githui, both of P.O. Box 99176–80107, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Joseph Thuku alias Gabriel Thuku Gathondu, who died at Kabatini, on 2nd October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
