TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2022 By Geofrey Mathenge, of P.O. Box 507, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephenson Njege Thoithi alias Stephen Njege Thoithi, who died at Gaikuyu Sub- location, on 12th October, 1989. CAUSE NO. E207 OF 2022 By (1) Joyce Wanjiru Wanjohi and (2) Paul Githinji Wanjohi, both of P.O. Box 215, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domenico Wanjohi Njeru alias Dominic Wanjohi, who died at Karatina Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
