TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2022 By (1) Wangari Njuguna, (2) Mercy Wambui Njung’e and (3) Leah Wairimu Njunge, all of P.O. Box 358–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njuguna Njunge, who died on 30th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2022 By Grace Njoki Karuga, of P.O. Box 54, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karuga Gathungu, who died at Eburu Sub-location, on 20th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2022 By (1) Veronicah Mwongeli Gicho and (2) Johness Makau Gicho, both of P.O. Box 291–20116, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gicho Riunge, who died along Southern Bypass, on 22nd November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
