TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2017 By (1) Edith Kabilu Mutua and (2) Jackson Ngolua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victoria Ikunyua, who died at Buriemaria, on 30th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2022 By Daniel Kubai M’Areria, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Areria Kilingo, who died at Giithu, on 2nd July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2022 By Margaret Ncororo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbiti Imanyara alias Jacob Mbiti M’Imanyara, who died at Kaene, on 10th March, 2000. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
