TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 9:25 AM THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th August, 2022 6908 6908 CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2022 By Musau Mwaula, of P.O. Box 1014–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumbua Mwaula Loki, late of Muisuni, Machakos, who died there on 4th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2022 By (1) Kathryn Katuti Osano and (2) Dennis Muanzi, both of P.O. Box 59579–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Kilonzo Muanzi, late of Kasarani, who died at RFH Specialist Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
