TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2022 By Mutua Ndambuki, of P.O. Box 1049–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndambuki Muasya, who died at Mionguni, on 20th March, 1993. CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2022 By Monicah Wayua Ndilu, of P.O. Box 31–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Ndilu Mbatha, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 4th October, 2015. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
