TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2021 By Jackson Gwaro Ondere, of P.O. Box 362, Sare in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogire Ogindi alias Mogira Ogindi, who died on 4th June, 2004. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2021 By John Omooria Nyakangi, of P.O. Box 2532–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabiri Nyakangi alias Sabiru Nyakangi, who died at Bokimai, Bosinange, Kisii, on 2nd February, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
