TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 9:25 AM THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th August, 2022 6938 6938 CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2022 By Eunice Wambui Njoroge, of P.O. Box 1, Karaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoka Ruita, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 10th August, 1984. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2022 By Mary Kagio Muriithi, of P.O. Box 26, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriithi Njenge, who died at Kiarukugu, on 19th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
