TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2022 By Dickson Kithuka Mbulanye, of P.O. Box 39, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Mbulanye Ngome, who died at Ngiluni, on 3rd March, 1985. CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2022 By Nason Ndutu Mwangangi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwangangi Ndutu, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 27th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
