E60 OF 2021 By (1) Thomas Abondo Obongo, (2) James Ogola Obongo and (3) Beatrice Achieng, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Obong’o Abondo, who died at Kobong’o North Kowe, on 2nd December, 1996. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2022 By Sylvanus Ouma Okumu, of P.O. Box 258–40109, Muhoroni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anjeline Akongo Okumu, who died at Koru Central, on 10th November, 1992. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Akinyi Otieno and (2) Edwin Otieno Otieno, both of P.O. Box 258–40109, Muhoroni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Otieno Okuom, who died at Muhoroni East, on 31st January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2022 By (1) Godrick Otieno Kajwang and (2) Robert Okwiri Ajwang, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Ajwang Oningu, who died at Jimo Middle, on 28th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2022 By John Disi Ogutu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aroko Kitoto. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
