TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2022 By Kamene Muli, of P.O. Box 262, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muli Mbuvo, who died on 29th March, 2012. CAUSE NO. 83 OF 2022 By (1) John Kieti Kitutungi and (2) Stephen Kingwatho Kitutungi, both of P.O. Box 44–90141, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Makau Kitutungi, who died at Masinga Location, on 4th March, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
