TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2022 By Moris Otieno Okuto, of P.O. Box 4388–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Okudo alias Petro Okuto Ndai, who died on 21st February, 1998. CAUSE NO. 82 OF 2022 By Joyce Agaka Liech, of P.O. Box 49–40132, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Nyangina, who died at Mayenya Sub- location, on 1st February, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
