TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By Hameeda Siddik Juneja, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siddik Abdulshakur Juneja alias Siddik Juneja alias Juneja Siddik, who died on 8th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By Yakub Osman Jadeja, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osman Esmail Hassan Jadeja alias Osman Jadeja, who died on 18th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
