WHEREAS Pellegrini Fabio, of P.O. Box 56, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee for Hawthorn Investments, of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 5367, Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 26856/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
