THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Nyambura Muregi, as personal representative of the estate of Peter Muregi Gatitu (deceased), of P.O. Box 2894, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0636 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 3/727, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
