THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Muriungi Mutubai (ID/11256542), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.043 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Kiirua/Naari/2551, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
