THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josphine Nyambura Kamau, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.909 hectares or thereabout, known as Marmanet/North Rumuruti Block 2/6688, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or misplaced, and efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost land register (green card) under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
