THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Thaddeus Kiminza Mutiso and (2) Mwicigi Kaniu, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Complex/592, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect thereof is lost or misplaced, and efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the green card under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
