GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11175

WHEREAS Alphaxad Kirathi Wati alias Alphaxard Kirathe alias Alphazard Wati (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.90 acres or thereabout, known as Ndeiya/Makuano/1095, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kiambu in succession cause No. 117 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Francis Kangethe Kirathe and (2) Jeremiah Muturi Kirathe, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Alphaxad Kirathi Wati alias Alphaxard Kirathe alias Alphazard Wati (deceased), has been reported to be missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Francis Kangethe Kirathe and (2) Jeremiah Muturi Kirathe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alphaxad Kirathi Wati alias Alphaxard Kirathe alias Alphazard Wati (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
