THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Njuru Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.043 hectares or thereabout, known as Ndumberi/Riabai/2334, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Kiambu in succession cause No. 134 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Njeri Njuru, (2) Alice Mugure Njuru and (3) Josephat Njoroge Njuru, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Alphaxad Kirathi Wati alias Alphaxard Kirathe alias Alphazard Wati (deceased), has been reported to be missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Njeri Njuru, (2) Alice Mugure Njuru and (3) Josephat Njoroge Njuru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Njuru Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
