THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eliud Mburu Muchiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.093 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiambaa/Ruaka/6155, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Kiambu in succession cause No. E373 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Loice Gathoni Mburu and (2) Kenneth Muchiri Mburu, both of P.O. Box 764–00621, Village Market, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Eliud Mburu Muchiri (deceased), has been reported to be missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said to (1) Loice Gathoni Mburu and (2) Kenneth Muchiri Mburu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eliud Mburu Muchiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
