GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11179

WHEREAS (1) Josphat Kirigia Aburi (ID/14418888) and (2) M’Itonga M’Imathiu (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Nyaki/Thuura/1913, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 304 of 1994, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Grace Gatwiri Kinyua, and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19, and whereas land title deed issued in respect (1) Josphat Kirigia Aburi (ID/14418888) and (2) M’Itonga M’Imathiu (deceased), has been reported to be missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in the name of Grace Gatwiri Kinyua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Josphat Kirigia Aburi (ID/14418888) and (2) M’Itonga M’Imathiu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
