THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moses Ndiritu Gichuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 29.08 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Ndaragwa/Uruku Block 16th September, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1(Subego)/55, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 11 of 2013, has issued letters of administration to (1) Jecinta Gathoni Ndiritu and (2) Nicholas Mwangi Ndiritu (ID/14569761), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Moses Ndiritu Gichuki (deceased), has been reported to be missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of L. R. A. 39 and L. R. A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Jecinta Gathoni Ndiritu and (2) Nicholas Mwangi Ndiritu (ID/14569761), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Moses Ndiritu Gichuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
