TAKE NOTICE that Mr. Orlando Mario da Costa-Luis, of P.O. Box 70358–00400, Nairobi was appointed Supervisor of Kaluworks Limited under a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA). The appointment took effect from the 26th August, 2022. This followed the consent by the High Court in Nairobi, under Insolvency Cause E19 of 2021, on 25 August, 2022, to: (i) the termination of the Administration and; (ii) the approval of the appointment of the supervisor of the Company.
