REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kijabe Hill Estates Limited, of P.O. Box 358-20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 6247/1, situate adjoining Lake Naivasha (East) in the Naivasha District, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered as Vol. H3, Folio 250/3, File 8616, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
