NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and an order under Criminal Miscellaneous Applications No. 809/2022 in the Principal Magistrates Court at Makadara Law Courts to the public/owners/custodians of motor vehicles, motorcycles and assorted stores which are lying idle and unclaimed within Ruai Police Yard and Mawe Mbili Police Post Yard, respectively, to collect the said motor vehicles, motorcycles and assorted stores at the said yards within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. Failure to which Racecourse Auctioneers, Nairobi, shall proceed to dispose of the said motor vehicles, motorcycles and assorted stores by a way of public auction on behalf of Ruai Police Station and Mawe Mbili Police Post, respectively, if they remain unclaimed.
